Top Five At-Home Workouts

PoshMom Editorial Team

One of the positive takeaways from Covid-era days, was pivoting our workout regimen from the gym or studio to our living room floor. Because while we were told to stay home during various stages, that didn’t necessarily mean we stayed on the sofa. We did lose the rush of booking the spin bike in our favorite row or getting to the studio in enough time to secure the perfect number
8 Rumble bench/punch bag, but the closures of gyms, parks and hiking trails did bring a boom to the digital fitness industry.

And we took advantage since our schedule was somewhat more flexible, meaning we were not beholden to drop off or pickup or getting to our desks on time. So getting in a workout before the house was up and at ’em was do-able or, for that matter, after everyone was tucked into bed. When lockdown calmed down, not everything got back to norm. Like, we got used to the
convenience and budget-friendly feelings of app workouts. Whether we were live streaming or selecting from a bank of pre-recorded classes, we were golden. And guess what? Even though school is back in session, we like the flexibility and sweat factor that our at-home workout provides. We may yearn for the camaraderie (and the juice bar) from Equinox, but we are
equally excited about our living room/home gym hangouts. Here, our Top five at-home workouts we loved during the pandemic, that we still can’t give up.
